I recently had some front end damage repaired on my vehicle. Evan was really helpful, taking me back to work after I dropped off the car, making sure all my repairs were done in a really professional manner and advising me as soon as it was finished. I was really happy with the workmanship and would recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

At first this place was great, until my gps locator which they were unaware was hidden, showed the driving done by them.Including excessive speeds which was provided to my insurance company, including all the onboard computer data.Along with this the new dings and dents that occurred in their care was extensiveIn my personal experience I would not trust bacich smash repairs with a carUpdate:Bit weird you would say you have been waiting on my to contact when this is the first time you have decided to speak up.I also spoke with our insurance company and they have no records of you contacting them.You know exactly who I am and what you did with my car, so don’t act dumb Evan.I have every Intention of letting people know what your staff have done.Photos and gps data do not lie.

Insurances took us to this company and they did such an amazing job the car doesn't event look like it was damaged to start with. And not to mention they were super efficient as we got our car back in no time and they even took the time to give it a clean down which was a lovely touch. I took my brand new SR5 Hilux on a 4wding trip, long story short both sides got completely scratched up from rubbing up against scrub. I was devastated! Heard about Bacich through a mate. After a day in the shop the Hilux rolled out shinier then when I first got it! Highly recommend!
