Wanneroo Smash Repairs

My skyline went here after being hit whilst parked. The tow yard highly recommending this place. I got my car back with the drivers side panel loose and finding out later it was broken (wasn’t like that before accident). An single part that’s apart of the front bumper was lifted up from the force of the bus hitting my parked car and they hadn’t fixed that at all. That’s not the worst of it, they hadn’t fixed my central locking/ fob key and gave my car back not being able to lock or unlock the car the car was left unlocked for who knows how long outside of the workplace for anyone to come along and steal.. I mentioned that problem very clearly to everyone who handled my car during this process but it got completely ignored having me fork out my own money to fix when the insurance should’ve fixed it but they never put it in the claim because apparently no one told them… as for the front and drivers side control panel they did fix the front and temporarily fix the driver side panel when I asked them too which I do appreciate, the other parts they replaced was done great and they were professional and nice to me through the process. Just wish every issue I mentioned was put in the claim.

Not the most professional. Made an absolute meal out of ordering my parts, took weeks then they forgot to order them. Could of been an honest mistake but wasn't the friendliest about it. Ended up at another repairer and their service was top quality.

WSR is a Woolworths nominated repairer. Seemed OK at start & Advised repairs would take about 10 days. Now told next week so more than 3 weeks and still waiting.

I have had a number of vehicles repaired by Wanneroo Smash Repairs. Should have given them a 5 STAR rating long ago. Always kept me up to date with the progress. Always delivered on time as promised. I brought my Subaru here to have some repairs done after a collision. I cannot recommend them enough superb job !! I rang around a few places and I was given the quickest timeframe from here. Everywhere I called was estimating for it to be ready in February/March whereas Wanneroo Smash Repairs were estimating between the middle to the end of January. Much to my surprise I received a phone call today being told it was ready for pickup. Way ahead of schedule and just before Christmas (Bonus). I picked up the car and couldn't be more amazed with the results it's as good as new, considering how bad the damage previous was !! They really have done a fantastic job, my car looks like it has just come out of the showroom and in such speedy time for what seemed like a lot of work. Once again thank you very much !!!

If you’re looking for quotes go elsewhere rather than paying the $35 fee.We received a quote for free from another panel beater that was a third of the price…

Very professional from start to finish, very happy with the end result, all staff from front counter to assessors etc all made an effort to help out on any of my queries. Definitely recommending these guys to family and friends.

Friendly staff, great service, regular updates given on the status of your repairs. Would 100% use again if I ever have to.
