Can’t fault the repairs. Honestly probably the best communication I’ve received from the auto industry too. They fixed more things than was required. I really appreciate their work.

Had my vehicle repaired here recently and I’ve got to firstly say that they've done a relatively good job fixing the panel and matching the paintwork well. Having said that the customer service was only average. The staff were all professional but appeared tired, distant and just wanting to move me along. When I picked up the car, there was no follow up or even a conversation about what had been done. The repair took over a week and despite the app that was meant to give the customer an update, it was never updated at the time of each stage. For example, they would complete 3 stages in 1 hit so I never really know if my car was ready for collection until the last minute. Overall I'm satisfied but not impressed.

About a month ago, someone caused an accident that hit the front right wheel of my car, so I left it to the repair shop here through rac. There were no problems with the engine or other parts other than obviously the handling not working. I paid $1300 to fix my car and came to pick it up yesterday Tuesday after a month. There were numerous scratches on the side of the car and when I started the car it started to make a strange noise. I asked the mechanics why the engine was making a strange noise and they very irresponsibly said they didn't know, they gave me the key right away when I first visited yesterday and they didn't tell me about the engine problem in advance. After I got the keys from them, started the engine, and checked the condition of the car, they told me that there was a problem with the engine. Obviously, there was never such a problem as the strange sound from the engine before I took the car to the repair shop here.Obviously, there was never such a problem as the strange sound from the engine before I took the car to the repair shop here. Also, there were numerous scratches on the side panel of my car, and when I heard strange noises from the engine, I also had problems with the engine. They made a mistake with my car's engine while they were working to fix my steering wheel, and they tried to hide it without saying anything about the engine's abnormal condition when I first visited the garage yesterday. They should pay compensation for this matter. I have already paid over 1300 dollars to repair the car, and after the car repair, the engine has problems and there are numerous scratches on the road surface. i am so angry

How can an experienced repairer not know the impact of the work they do on the rest of the car !!!!!I was happy with the body work but not happy that they drained my battery despite specific instruction. They blamed it on my battery despite it being new and refused to take responsibility for not following the written instruction that they themselves noted down. Cost me so much time and effort to get it fixed. Drove the car with perfect battery condition, could not drive out because of dead battery.

Worse quality and service I have ever had! I even had to take my car back of them and take it to another smash repairer before they done anymore damage to it! I found them EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional is to say the least! Thay couldn't colour match my vehicle and when I questioned it the got rude and arrogant towards both my wife and I, there was ALOT of dust through out the car (mainly drivers seat and floor), paint marks all over my new tyres, new scratches and a mystery ring left on my spoiler! Honestly I wouldn't recommend them at all...not even 1%.

They do a great job here. Really great team and get your car in and out fast.

They got my car fixed, it was covered by my insurance, I got a hire car, and they cleaned my car on it's return. Really nice staff, very friendly.
