Great friendly service with a smile. Gives a day to day report of where they are up to on the car repairs. I would definitely recommend them.

Had my car in for crash repairs and got is back 4 days ago , earlier than expected and the work appears good so that is all good , staff also seemed good to deal with , However , 4 days after getting it back I notice my Dash camera located in front of my rear view mirror and and out of sight so as to not obcure my vision had been disconnected and not reconnected and I had been driving around with it not recording in that time and may of continued driving without it had I not noticed it when cleaning my windscreen . It is that very Dash cam that proved to my insurer that I was not at fault for the very accident that Fletchers were repairing . My question is , Why did Fletchers disconnect the dash cam and what didnt they want me to see in the time they had my car and why didnt they reconnect it . If I was involved in another incident and had no dash cam evidence like for this accident I wouldnt be happy . What didnt Fletchers want me to see , was my car used as the lunch run taxi , who knows , would like answers , not happy . Update .... in the weeks since I got it back the boot now leaks from tail lights near crash repair .

Took my Honda CRV to Fletchers Smash Repairs in Malaga, requiring repairs to front bumper, side panelling and auto electrical works; the customer service, workmanship and reporting were amazing! Car was returned fixed, polished up both inside and out, more than happy with the outcome..!!Highly recommend ☺️

I am a little pedantic when it comes to my BMW and these guys did an amazing job repairing/replacing my rear bumper, rear quarter panel and paint work... I would highly recommend this company to family and friendsThank you Fletchers SR... may your business always succeed...

Outstanding service! Had some insurance work done with Fletchers earlier in the year and had a few delays with parts which was frustrating.Had a couple of minor electrical gremlins a few months later, the guys did not hesitate to rectify the issues and help work around my schedule as well. offered a loan car that they had available so no inconvenience was caused and even gave the car a nice wash after completing the warranty works.Amazing service and i will be using them in the future!

Worst place ever wouldn’t recommend this place went through insurance didn’t repair my vehicle properly as it was rear ended back bumper, boot door not painted properly and left reverse light broken until I mentioned it when I was supposed to pickup then they fix those things, front tires were making loud noise and vibrations told them about it said it was the wheels needed to be replaced which they quoted me $3600 for 2 but turned out that wasn’t the problem and was only a wheel baring problem they put my life in danger and I could have got into another accident and cause death and am pregnant at the time which is serious negligence by them. Would never recommend
