Highly recommend Fix Auto Rockingham. Mick was fantastic and made sure my car was a priority due to not being able to drive any other car. Kept me well informed on progress.

I have been to Wadley's for years, and always use them for my insurance claims and recommend them as much as I can. Excellent customer service, communication and the work done is spot on! They are also happy to work around your schedule as much as they can. Cannot recommend enough.

My insurer sent me to Wadley's to get my nearly new Forster repaired after being rear-ended by another tailgating idiot. The guy that assessed my car didnt say a word and I had to ask him some questions which seemed a bit strange but after that their service was excellent, they kept me informed all the way through the process what stage my car repairs were at, the ladies were really nice in their dealings with me (they even waited for me to get there after their closing time so I could pick my car up on a Friday afternoon) and the job they did was fantastic, my car looked brand new before the smash and it looks exactly the same again now and drives beautifully again. They even washed and vacuumed it for me too! Great job guys, thank you, I will happily recommend you to anyone that asks.

Absolutely terrible Place!My experience with them was just shocking.They had my car for 5 weeks due to kangaroo damage to the front of my car. They called me to collect my car.My car has the leather peeling off the steering wheel, my car had white paint dripping marks on the back bumper and on the lights and boot, some looks like they wiped a bit off when wet on the lights ( my car is black) . The roof had dirty rust brown finger marks all over the roof deepscratch mark in the roof fabric. My car is still very new and well looked after, they only needed to fix the front of the car and the roof, my car was damaged and dirty inside from the person who worked on my car. It's very very poor workmanship, poor quality and bad customer service I received. My car was still like brand new there was no care taken on fixing my car.I do not recommend this company at all.

Excellent service from Wadley’s, they did a thorough inspection when the car was first delivered, it took a while to book in but that is expected in this day and age. I was fully informed of progress through RAC claims and was more than happy with the car when it came back. I highly recommend Wadley’s

Note *I did not have my car worked on at Wadleys, and am sure they offer a precise and professional service as their reviews and time spent in the industry would show*.My two star review only reflects the lack of communication and understanding. I had an appointment booked on Monday at 10am. I had called a week earlier and changed the appt time to 10:30 and the contact number to a different one due to knowing I will be late. This appt was changed to a whole different day (Tuesday) instead of just the time and when I called the Monday morning to confirm that I will be coming in, I was told that the only person that can do the papers for my inspection was not in and had the Monday booked out for ‘RAC’ for months prior. I did not understand this because why was it booked on Monday initially? When I asked for a explanation, all that was said was, ‘I Will not Argue with You, Goodbye’. However I changed the Towing service to the next day and brought my car down. The car was inspected and I was impressed with the thoroughness and honesty at Wadleys.
